BEWARE...  without lots of room to work, your flower/gardens closests to the fence will either have to be moved or will get trampled. 
On our first work day there was a minor scheduling error and the team did not show up or call.  Oh no - but wait!  The Neale brothers are completely professional. I understand errors like this happen and they were fast to apologize and make it right for me. 
Overall this small company was well worth my time and money.

"Arrived on time.  Work was excellent.  They started the work promptly; they even trimmed another tree that was likely to get damaged by the work they were doing. Only complaint was the lack of professionalism.  The two men on day one included the owner.  When they finished taking down the trees, he said that the stump grinder would come the next day and asked for payment.  When asked if we should pay the stump grinder separately or what, the owner snapped at us that he was trustworthy, etc.  It was a very hot day.  He actually got sick from dehydration and the heat.  So we're willing to cut him some slack.  But, come on, this was just a question -- not a challenge! |The stump grinder came the next day as expected. |"
