"Full Kitchen Gut Job and Renovation"

"Last used JBL three years ago for 2 bathroom remodel and new windows/doors. This time the work involved complete new kitchen, new lighting in kitchen, new floor, sanding of old floors, complete interior painting and 3 new windows. As with the last project, we could not be happier with the quality of the work. Dave was extremely easy to work with and equally important to get in touch with. He was at our home daily, checking previous days work and discussing work being done that day Same crew from three years ago. Excellent attention to detail including painters,plumbers, electrician, tile installers. Cleaned up at the end of the day. Dave is a hands on contractor who involved himself in the project start to finish. Would definitely use JBL again."

"After my family and I decided to move back to the old Queens house I grew up in to live above my mom, we quickly realized there were many things that needed to be repaired. I've counted on Nunez Construction and Painting for all of it. The first job they did was to repair some siding on the house. Prior to our move, we then wanted to gut and remodel the second floor apartment where we live. Mr. Nunez and his crew did a great job. More recently, our basement became flooded with sewage. We called him again to help with this project and install a new floor. We are always very satisfied customers. The work is great and reasonably priced.
