A salesman was let go so I had to make several calls before I found his replacement to get the second part of my job completed. They left a pretty big mess at my home as well as denting my water heater. They did a good job but I think someone should follow up to make sure the customer is satisfied and all of the work was performed correctly."

"Excellent! Mark Forte, along with his Dad (approx 2010) gave me a quote; within $100 of another local company. Decided to use Forte as I understood his methods and depth of the foundation repair considerably better that the other guys. It was a serious undertaking, took five days. A bit messy as there was concrete dust from the saw, but this was expected. Once repairs were completed, we had a small leak.... within a day his entire crew was out to repair the problem, all at no additional charge. Repairs completed (2010) and basement has been 100% dry ever since! Highly recommend!"

"This is the absolute best experience I've had with any type of skilled trade company that wasn't a personal friend. My boiler kept going out, and Marty (who is very personable, informative, and honest) was an absolute pleasure to do business with. He was very conservative with his approach, fixing the cheapest possible cause first. He ordered an expensive part and kept it in his, so in case the first round of repairs was not enough to fix the malfunction, he could come over quickly and get my heat back on without any delays. Luckily, that first thing wound up fixing the issue, and I didn't have to pay for what would turn out to be an unnecessary, much costlier repair. He even called to make sure everything was still running smoothly a couple weeks later! It doesn't hurt that the company has very customer-friendly policies: responsive 24 hour service (not just lip service), no diagnostic charge if a repair exceeds the cost of the visit, and no charge for any subsequent visits for the same problem within 30 days. Trustworthy, reliable repair is notoriously hard to find, but I've found it here! (Note: I've also put this review on Yelp because this company deserves some well-earned praise.)"
