"Mark came to my house the Saturday before Easter. My hot water heater was leaking and he quickly determined it needed to be replaced and set up an appointment the following Monday. Called me on Easter to inquire about any additional concerns or questions I had. Very courteous and knowledgeable in his field. Definitely recommend!"

"He came and fixed the problem less than the other plumber that came and charged more money and didn’t fix and said it would coast me more money."

"Don came at the time promised. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and told me he would return after dealing with a couple of other calls and he picked up the part. The replacement was done quickly, earlier than he originally promised, and he was on his way. I would definitely use him for any other appliance repairs."

"Tidy and cleaned up well after themselves."

"I can't thank them enough! We have 8 kids and had a clogged sewer line. They were here within 3 hours on a Monday morning and had it taken care of in less than an hour. Very polite and professional crew. We will use them again for any plumbing issues. God bless!"

"After discovering on a recent Sunday morning that we had a clogged toilet, and after trying everything we knew how to do ourselves, we searched for plumbers on Home Advisor. Mr. Rooter responded immediately to our inquiry and sent a young man out right away. He snaked the pipes all the way to the street and solved our problem for now. I can't remember the young man's name, but he was very professional, respectful of our home and explained everything to us along the way. He pulled the toilet and sent a camera down to check if the pipes had shifted and found a lot of buildup on the sides of the pipes and thought that the pipes had shifted a little. We opted to do nothing more at this time until (if and when) we have a problem in the future. I thought the charges were reasonable for the time spent and the work done, and would recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone looking for a plumber."

"Paladin Restoration did an excellent job! They immediately came out to assess the issue and provided a clear explanation of how the issue would be resolved. Chris was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was really impressed with how he took the time to answer my questions and the way he followed up with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. They were awesome! I would highly recommend them!"
