He had two helpers come with him and they knocked out the trim in my basement. He also had to shave to the doors from rubbing on the floor. They did a great job and gave input on how to do closets in another area. He talked to me about other projects we would have to be doing in the future. "I got two bids, first from Capitol and then from another company (and in fairness to them, I'd rather not mention their name) the next day.  Jason spent almost an hour looking at everything, measuring, went up on the roof to look at everything and, most important, asked me what my concerns were about the existing system.  He gave me an estimate before he left and told me how much they'd like to have my business. <br />  "Company X's" rep was here under ten, was not interested in my concerns and told me he'd send me a bid at the end of the day. The bid came in two days later, not that it mattered, because I knew as soon as Jason finished his visit that I wanted Capitol Exteriors to do my project!  (Company X's bid was a little lower, but I didn't have any confidence in them, so that was incidental.) <br /> I called Jason and scheduled the work and they came Monday of the following week.  The crew of three worked quickly and smoothly and addressed everything I needed repaired, even asking if I needed any help with the exterior light I was putting in! <br /> Now that we've had some good rain and snow, I can report that everything is absolutely perfect!    I just couldn't be more pleased and I'm happy to recommend Capitol Exteriors to everyone :) <br />"
