"First tried their online chat feature. Asked the simple question about if they install these type of units. 5 minutes later still no answer so just called the company. Receptionist was very professional and friendly and within a minute confirmed they do in fact replace rooftop units. Since I know mine is 20+ years old, and needing replacement, I didn't want a service call-just a bid for a replacement. They want to still charge a $75 service call to give me a bid. Since I want 3 bids for the owners, that means $150 down the drain if every company charges a bid fee. I explained this and she politely explained that is their policy. So I will call other companies. Most do not charge to bid to do business. I was enthusiastic about the positive ratings, but will not be able to find out for myself since this was a non-starter."
