Ben came in and took apart the dryer -- an older Kenmore gas model -- and quickly identified the reason it wasn't drying. He switched out some parts, installed a new fuse and had it up and running within an hour. The whole thing was under $250, which included a service call charge, parts, and taxes. Now, the dryer is probably good for another ten years and saves me from having to buy a whole new washer dryer pair (which is was dreading!) Ben is incredibly professional and fast!
