He reassured us that he would still be able to fix it for the original quoted cost, but had to get an entire new panel from the manufacturer. He returned a few days later, installed the new panel and additionally fixed a piece of rubber gasket that had come lose from around the oven window for no additional charge. "After contacting 10+ roofers and I found that many of them either don't have the time or don't want to do a repair job. Those that did come tried to talk me into a whole new roof or didn't respond back with an estimate as promised. I contacted Home Squad and what a HUGE difference! Mia in the office set up the appointment and was a dream to speak with regarding questions before and after the job. On the day of our inspection Jerry called just prior to our appointed time to advise that he was about 30 minutes away from arriving. What consideration! Our inspection went great. He explained everything in detail that needed to be done to correct the problem and he even checked out the rest of the roof to make sure that nothing else was wrong. He left the estimate prior to leaving and even called and left a message to say that he left it in a different place than discussed. Professionalism. On the day of the repair everything was handled correctly by two every nice gentlemen.
