"While the cost may be a bit on the high side, their quality and work is excellent. I haven’t had any issues with bubbling or deformations at all. They were very helpful in picking out a tint level and film type. I do recommend these guys to anyone who is looking for a sure bet in end result. You might be able to gamble and go with someone whose cheaper, but you won’t have a guaranteed job-well-done like with these guys. Couldn’t be happier."

"I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."

"Excellent service. I needed to replace two antiquated skylights. Jeff came out to give me a bid. He took his time, asked if I had any questions and didn't rush me. After I received the bid from Jeff about an hour later (what?);), I followed up with several questions regarding product, manufacturer, U rating, rebates, etc. Although I'm sure he was thinking "Lady, make a freaking decision", he was very prompt in his responses and his customer service was impeccable. I also called the skylight manufacturer to see what installer they recommended and DK Boos was their choice. After a few more bids from other places I chose DK Boos. While they weren't the cheapest, they impressed me. Ian and Josh came to install. They were on time and professional and just all around nice guys. My skylights look amazing. I am so pleased with this process from start to finish."
