"Service, quality of work and professionalism were excellent! I would highly recommend the men who installed my new attic steps to anyone! They were prompt, courteous and the workmanship was perfect. "KF remodeling did a fantastic job on my kitchen and hardwood flooring. They worked with my wife and I to help pick out cabinets and flooring and presented us with reasonable alternatives that had the same look we wanted for lessor cost. They were professional and the craftsmanship is excellent. When we start on our master bathroom in the spring I will definitely be calling them back."

"They did a good job. She had to submit like a photo but my daughter had them work on the central are of the loft. The deal was for one room. She got a lot of good ideal from her and it was worth it for her. They were professional and I did not hear anything negative."

"I had tried for months to have this work done before the weather change. I contacted quite a few of Angies Lists providers that
were given "A" ratings. Some of them returned my phone call to receive an estimate - but didn't follow-up on scheduling the job.
Others did not even return my phone call for the estimate.  I found A & K to be professional -  after my initial phone call for the
estimate I was phoned within 24 hours to set-up the estimate appointment. I was sent the estimate via email within 48 hours and
the job was done within 3 weeks. I was impressed by the professionalism and promptness that occurred just for the initial
appointment. The job is completed and we cannot be more pleased. Anthony came with his assistant and got the job done in
a timely manner, he was prompt and punctual. As we surveyed the job - we were especially pleased with the quality of work
and also Anthony's  attention to detail.  The price was reasonable - He was very responsive to questions that we had and very
courteous. We would rate them an A+ if there was such a rating. Thank you A & K for a job well done! We would definitely consider
using them in the future!

"It was a true pleasure to work with this company. When I was ignored by other local contractors, Crown Development went above and beyond to be extremely responsive, professional, and not to mention, friendly and kind. I will absolutely utilize them again and have already begun referring them to friends and family. You will not go wrong with choosing this company."

"We hired Ed to replace a damaged section of drywall ceiling in one of the bedrooms in our house.  He came out quickly to give an estimate, started and finished the work when he said he would, and was very pleasant to deal with.  We were very happy with the results, and he stayed at the low end of his original estimate.  He even painted the finished job, which hadn't been part of our arrangement -- it was a big help to us.  We'll definitely hire him again.

"We purchased the unlimited consultation package. Amanda is very friendly and professional. We struggled because we were looking for someone to consult with out of the box ideas. Once she understood our vision she could move forward, but innovation was not her strength. We paid an additional amount for drawings. These were detailed, and while not all changes were made as requested, we were able to get some value from them. In hindsight, I would not pay $99 for drawings. Any cabinet retailer will do these for you for free, which I did not know until afterwards. The company wants you to spend time telling them about your style, which ours is Country French. The first cabinet rendition we received was black expresso. We did a complete kitchen tear out so this may work fine for smaller jobs or if you have done this before. It just didn't work for us with distance and what we needed. I was able to find someone locally that sold the cabinets we wanted and she was a wealth of information and things moved much faster. Good luck to HMD. It's a good idea and the person we dealt with we liked personally."

"I was very impressed at how well this company patched my roof, they matched my shingles perfectly you can't even tell the roof had a problem in the first place.I showed the man exactly the type of flooring I wanted he was able to get the materials for cheap and install my new flooring quickly and efficiently. Highly impressed and would hire them again for any handyman work!"
