The driveway demolition went well with great clean up. Jeff listened and addressed my concerns about the drainage of water under the driveway. "They were timely and diagnosed the problem accurately but their charge was excessive without an explanation. I paid $1300. I checked the components at Home Depot and it added up to about $500. So they either jacked up the price of goods or charged $800 for a 2 hour service call. I called several times and left messages but they haven't responded. They gave me no itemized invoice. Also the plumber pushed for a cash/check option otherwise using credit would incur a 6.5% premium. That should have been my warning! Disappointed in poor customer service and value, they have lost my business and I will share with all."
