"I hired Moses Williamson to clear my gutters and downspouts. His crew noticed cement debris laying on the roof. Moses inspected the damage and it turned out I had a damaged chimney crown that required replacement. In addition, the brick chimney needed tuckpointing in several places to refill the mortar joints. His crew replaced the cement crown, tuckpointed the chimney, and applied a clear sealer over the entire surface. Based on Mosesâ recommendation I agreed to have the brick facade spot tuckpointed and sealed. In truth I had previously noticed small spots of missing mortar on the brick front but had simply put off addressing. I found Moses to be knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He showed me photos of the crown damage, and patiently answered my many questions. And yes, the gutters and downspouts were cleared. "Jim arrived on time and got to work immediately. He was very friendly and professional. He had to drill holes into the tile in both of my bathrooms to install the grab bars. The master bathroom didn’t have studs that he could use, so he had to use anchors. This meant drilling additional holes and it took more time than usual. He left the bathrooms neat and clean. I also had him caulk the bathtub in the guest bathroom. He did a great job overall! I just wish that it wasn’t as expensive as it was. That’s why I gave the price a “B” rating."
