"I am incredibly impressed with this company. Every worker was highly professional and thorough. Elegant homes was one of three companies that I received an estimate from to repair the rotten wood all around my home's facia and bay windows. I went with them because their description and estimate for the work was the most thorough. During the estimate the general manager explained his thoughts about the scope of the damage and suggestions for repair and seemed very knowledgeable. His explanations were clear and I felt that he was aiming to ensure that the repairs he and his crew completed were done correctly and prevented future water damage. It was also suggested to me that I have my gutters replace given that the ones on my home were old and too small to adequately channel water given the steep slope of my roof. Work began quickly (within a week of my signing the estimate) and the workers worked diligently complete the job in two days. Their pricing was more the fair, and I noticed that they replace rotten wood they encountered that was not covered on the estimate. I would definitely hire Elegant Homes again and am exceedingly happy with the quality of work they have completed. I also feel proud of how the exterior of my home looks. The also cleaned up meticulously after the work was done and stated that they did not want any materials from their work to be left in the yard."

He responded within hours of my inquiry and made himself available right away to take a look at the problem and schedule the repair around my schedule. "I had a leaking water supply pipe in my home repaired, and now I needed to have it enclosed again as the original (wooden) box was removed during repair. I also needed the padding under the section of the carpet which had water damage replaced. I contacted Mr. Ramirez, and 40 minutes after the call he arrived at my home to give me a free estimate. We scheduled the work for the next week. His crew arrived on time and worked for three hours at a cost of $320. Their workmanship was exemplary, and I was very pleased with the result! I highly recommend Chapin Handyman for their professionalism and fair pricing. I had not used them before, and will now definately use them for any home improvement projects I may have in the future."

Additionally, he painted the rooms on our main floor, replaced all the interior doors and hardware and upgraded our electrical system. We didn’t want just a cosmetic redo. We wanted our house to be ready to carry us through retirement with minimal issues. So our renovations were from the studs out. This included plumbing, electrical, wall insulation and termite repair. We love working with Mr. Smith. He is unflappable. His integrity, calm demeanor, expert workmanship and customer focus is what sets him apart from other competitors.
