"I had a leaking water supply pipe in my home repaired, and now I needed to have it enclosed again as the original (wooden) box was removed during repair. I also needed the padding under the section of the carpet which had water damage replaced. I contacted Mr. Ramirez, and 40 minutes after the call he arrived at my home to give me a free estimate. We scheduled the work for the next week. His crew arrived on time and worked for three hours at a cost of $320. Their workmanship was exemplary, and I was very pleased with the result! "I hired Moses Williamson to clear my gutters and downspouts. His crew noticed cement debris laying on the roof. Moses inspected the damage and it turned out I had a damaged chimney crown that required replacement. In addition, the brick chimney needed tuckpointing in several places to refill the mortar joints. His crew replaced the cement crown, tuckpointed the chimney, and applied a clear sealer over the entire surface. Based on Mosesâ recommendation I agreed to have the brick facade spot tuckpointed and sealed. In truth I had previously noticed small spots of missing mortar on the brick front but had simply put off addressing. I found Moses to be knowledgeable, professional and friendly. He showed me photos of the crown damage, and patiently answered my many questions. And yes, the gutters and downspouts were cleared. I highly recommend Moses Williamson for gutter and roofing maintenance and repair services."

"Not the greatest results - I have used this company before and been very pleased. They were pricey, but the quality of the work was worth it. This was not the case this last time. The technician cracked the door jamb in two places while replacing the door, left paint splatters on the floor and on the side of the door which was not supposed to be painted and messed up the handset on the door. He did repair most of these issues (the paint splatters I cleaned up myself with paint thinner), but since he worked by the hour I ended up paying for that too."
