Hi, I’m Xavier and I have been working in home improvement and repairs for 20+ years. I have experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, & handyman task. I love sharing my skills & ideas when needed. I love the reactions of happy clients.

"We are so grateful for your service, prompt and reliable. The entire crew who came out to work on our sewer line repair was so kind and extremely knowledgeable. When I had a follow up question, they came right back out to check the work, and went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were handled. I highly recommend your company. From our very first emergency call to the completion of the job, to the grass that is already growing to cover the big dig! Thank you for making a very difficult situation as calm and easy as possible. Jenn & Dave Peter, Columbia MD."

"Eric was the best. He did what another Plunbing company couldn’t do. My drains are working properly and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you for helping me Eric."

"The drain in our upstairs bathtub was clogged and it would not drain. I left a voice mail at about 8 AM, and Patrick phoned me back immediately. He arrived earlier than promised. After surveying the job, he told me it was a flat rate for the job and he went to work. He got the drain all cleared out and left the area cleaner than he found it. I know that the job was straightforward, but Patrick set himself apart from others we've hired with his courtesy and professionalism. We would definitely hire him again for plumbing work."

"Everything was perfect! James contracted me right away! My toddler “what she thought was helping mommy” had flushed her baby brother’s diaper down down he toilet! James arrived within a timely matter, he respected my wishes as far as covid restrictions. He had his mask on, & wore plastic shoe coverings. I was embarrassed a tad, bc the diaper was a poopy one lol! He assured me that it was fine, it wasn’t the worse thing he has seen! I was very pleased with my service…He even tighten down the two side bolts or screw thingies on each side of the toilet free of charge! I’m grateful for his quick response time & service! Thanks again James, hopefully I won’t need you for that service again lol, but I’m glad to have a plumber for all my future needs!"

"We needed to replace a toilet, James went with us to Home Depot to select one. We now have a water efficient and higher seated toilet, which is great for aging relatives that can’t bend so easily anymore. I would definitely hire/contract him again!"

"The service was exceptional, came out on a Saturday and fixed the faucet quickly, and I didn't have any issues after the service."

"Miracle Method did a great job resurfacing the floor, the bathtub and surround, and the shower and surround. Everything looks new. They even cleaned our existing shower doors to look new. They removed the toilets to resurface the floor and placed new wax rings when they replaced the toilets. The only negative part of the resurfacing process was the smell of the chemicals they use. We had to open a lot of windows to vent the odor."

"I recently purchased new construction and could not install the curtain rods myself. I enlisted the help of Fidel to install the rods on 10 windows. He did exceptional work and even installed some blinds for me. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely use his services in the future!"

"I’m delighted with my new kitchen. When I first started my search for a kitchen remodeler, I wanted one company that handled the entire process from design, cabinets, countertops, installation, electrical, and plumbing. American Kitchen Concepts fit that requirement. Dan Millard, owner of American Kitchen Concepts, helped me envision various layouts and options, before I ultimately decided upon the final design. He had many cabinet, countertop and hardware samples to choose from. He made the selection process easy and stress-free. At demolition, his crew was courteous and respectful. They cleaned up every evening and made sure dust was under control. When the cabinets were delivered, we were informed that two critical pieces were going to be delay by at least three weeks, which would have delayed the entire cabinet install. Dan recommended alternative pieces which provided the same storage capacity and preserved the original design look. He was able to have these new cabinet pieces delivered in three days and kept the project moving forward. We had a three-week vacation planned and trusted American Kitchen Concepts to continue with the project without our daily presence. Dan kept us informed of progress and when we returned our kitchen remodel was finished. Dan conducted a quality control visit and took care of any remaining issues. I highly recommend American Kitchen Concepts. They are honest, knowledgeable and stand by their products and workmanship."
