"We just had the very best experience with D&M Appliance Repair and will now be customers for life! Our dryer suddenly stopped producing hot air- it was still running, but not running hot air. I searched Google/You Tube to find out what may have been the issue and called the manufacturer about the cost of the parts, thinking my husband could possibly fix it. We decided to give D&M a try based on the many positive reviews they've received. After leaving a voice mail, Grace and I communicated by text. She was so prompt, informative and transparent about the process/price. D&M was so accommodating and went above and beyond to fit us into their schedule because we were only able to have someone come to the house on the weekend or after hours in the evening. Danny agreed to come at the end of his workday after hours. He called before arriving to give me an ETA as to the time he would arrive. I was so impressed by his quick diagnosis, very courteous & nice demeaner and honest advice as to whether we should go forward with the job. We ended up having D&M replace the part and had to pay only the cost of the part and labor (which is not hourly-based). He was honest about the price of the part, and the cost to replace it was much less than having to pay for a new dryer. While doing the repair, Danny cleaned out the entire inside of the dryer so it looks and is running like brand new (it was filled with a ton of lint which could've potentially led to a fire hazard)! It's actually so refreshing to have a very good, professional, honest and fair appliance technician with a company that has top-notch customer service!! We will definitely hire D&M for all our future appliance repair issues! Thank you D&M for a great experience and getting our dryer working in no time!"

His recommendation was to purchase a new dishwasher as the old one would be expensive to repair. We ended up buying a new one and had some issues with installation. His job was a little (maybe a lot) more difficult because we tried to fix the oven ourselves. We took a lot of pieces apart, had many screws laying around but couldn t remember how to put it all back together. Tough job that most people would turn down! "Following the last thunderstorm and resulting power outage, our GE Profile Advantium built in speed cookoven didn't work. I used Angi to find a repair shop and AGB Repair contacted me right away and arranged for a service technician to come. The cost was $90 to diagnose the issue and obtain an estimate on the overall repair and is applied to the work. The technician, Jared Ventura, was friendly and so professional. He found that the problem was the power board, which is expensive, and replacing that may not fix the issue. There are three other boards in the oven which cannot be checked without the power board being replaced. I have not yet decided in going forward with the replacement of the power board or replacing the entire unit as it is 15 years old. Should I have appliance issues in the future, I will contact AGB first thing."

"Lucky from service Master came out and spent quite a bit of time checking out the ovens to diagnose the problem. The GE manual we received with the oven said the error code was the door lock. Lucky found from the specs and diagnostics that the top oven fan was the problem. Lucky was fantastic. Ordered the part and spent over an hour working on replacing it and checking it out. He was extremely personable and the company was very responsive. We would definitely recommend them."
