They were all very skilled, very experienced professionals, and wonderful to work with. I had tough schedule, and they went out of their way to accommodate me and get the work done on time. "I had never used this company before, soI was a little apprehensive. I met with Oscar at the house and we went over all our needs. Oscar was very professional and helped walk me through the process. Later we met at their store in Gaithersburg and again Oscar was awesome in the assistance he gave in picking out just the right materials for our dream bathroom. The work began on the date as agreed. The staff was there on time , covering all the walkways and bedroom furniture to prevent dust and dirt. Again, this was completed very professionally. The men worked all day for several days and if a question arose, they would consult with me about how to proceed, keeping me in the loop. The job went smoothly and was completed in a very short time. I have to say that our master bathroom has had a stunning transformation.. it is beautiful. The quality of all the work was first rate and it is the nicest room in the house. "The project manager of the remodel, Jason, was always in contact with me about when workers would be at the house and to see how everything was going. He also stopped by the house to check on the work. Ismar, the head employee of the job, was very good. He put down tarps to cover the floors and put plastic about the furniture and cabinet in bathroom. He also put up plastic between the bathroom and the bedroom to minimize the dust. The workers were very professional. The tile work in the shower was great. They also had to hang some drywall to fix a closet and paint it. It looks like that was always how the closet was. The shower come out beautiful. I would highly recommend the company and would differently use them again."

Required plumbing, electrical, paint, framework, waterproofing, flooring, and problem-solving for issues that arose in both. Allen worked diligently and patiently with us to provide the bathrooms we designed and envisioned. Provided us with vendors. Worked with us on scheduling. Left the workspaces clean and tidy EVERY day. Gave us options on many decisions for component placement and honored our choices and explained why it would or wouldn't work.
