"We removed part of a wall by an enclosed stairwell to open up our floor plan. My husband patched remaining walls with sheetrock and let's just say hubby is great at a lot of things; sheetrock work ain't one of them (love you baby!). So I called in a professional to finish the work.

"Within one week I left a message about the needed job, I received a return call from Ron, Ron visited my house to talk about the job, I received the proposal via email, I accepted the proposal, and the job was started.  Ron and another worker completed the job in just two days.  They arrived at 7am each morning, were neat, and very professional.  Interior painting included two coats on walls and one coat on trim of the master bedroom with bath and the living-dining room plus foyer.  Exterior painting included the replacement of rotted molding on the side garage door before sanding and painting.  The garage door received two coats of paint.  The front door was sanded, primed and painted with two coats.  I provided all paint.  The exterior gutters, soffits, and patio cover were pressure washed.  Payment was not due until the completion of the job.

"Miller Construction is a wonderful company to work with. They remodeled my kitchen, demolished my deck to rebuild a raised enclosed screen porch, created a paver patio and laid the sod for 8,000 square feet of lawn space. They take the utmost care to fully understand what needs to be done so that changes to the original contract are minimal. One of my favorite things about them is their attention to detail and how they offer suggestions and upgrades ahead of time so there are no surprises at the end. They take pride in their work and the construction is always soiid. In my kitchen, they recommended colors, suggested changes to the backsplash and did so knowing we had a budget in mind. My kitchen looks phenomenal and I love being in there every day. On the exterior of my home, they demolished an old deck, rebuilt a better one that tied into the rear of our home. This was being used as a base for a patio, and they even used an alcove space to create a bar area complete with separate lighting and a two level bar (using left over counter material from the kitchen remodel). The woodwork, roofing, screening, patio and sod word is excellent. I have other projects and plan to use them again."
