"Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). Brian was super friendly and said he could do the job no problem, understood what we needed done, and did a great job! We were seriously getting desperate and didn't know if we were ever going to get our floor fixed. HUGE thank you to Brian for the expertly rescuing our floor!"

"It was a great experience to have them do our floors. Project started and finished on time. Cost was very reasonable. The floors are beautiful. Super nice people also."

"Empire Today offered a decent carpet with competitive pricing. The material estimate came up a little short but the company honored the original quote a as nd provided the material. Getting the carpet installers back to complete the job took a bit of time though."

"The floors look great, no problem there. Sanding dust was well-contained and cleaned up. However the scheduling (and communication about it) was a problem. The work was finally begun after three delays, totaling nine days, after initially-promised start date. With two of those delays, Larry did not initiate contact; I called him to check when he would arrive. He said delays were caused by family issues and no-show workers. His floor work is great, but time management and communication need to be better."

"the process was reasonably quick, and professional. The only critique i would make, is that the carpets "bunched up" a bit as the steam cooled. This made me nervous, howerver when i contacted you about it, he assured me they would go back to normal in 24 hours. He was correct, they looked great after another day."

"AD Floors installed my living room hardwood floor after removing my old carpet. My living room looks lovely! They even help me moving my furniture. Great price and service!"

"Although they do not advertise as painters, when I mentioned we were going to paint the room, Juan offered to do it at a competitive cost. They did a thorough and neat job. The floor refinishing looks great, too."

"After nearly a year of trying to decide on flooring and an installer, I finally found Porter&Porter. One home visit with samples and an extensive Q&A session (which Mr. Porter himself obliged us) and we were sold on the product and their service. Within approximately 3 weeks we had the floor we had just spent 10 months looking for. Porter &Porter has 2 new customers for life."

"The salesperson was very nice and the installers were very professional and cleaned up when they left.  The wall is attractive and makes organization easy.
