Travis and MainLine Remodel went above and beyond. I live out of town and rent the property. It was very reassuring to have someone there I can trust to do a quality job and to identify areas of concern. Travis identified an improperly installed window that was leaking. He and his team corrected the issue. The incorrectly installed window/leak was not identified by property managers hired to manage the property in the past. Due to the good work, I had the MainLine team do some extra handyman tasks while onsite (e.g. check on a leak spot on the bathroom ceiling). I am very happy with the work performed by Travis and MainLine Remodel. The job was not cheap, but I know I paid for quality work. Travis and the team were busy and had to reschedule a few times, but I understand that speaks to the demand for their services."

"Debbie was recommended by an employee in a flooring store in Tallahassee. Debbie's team created a new pantry, attached to our kitchen from unused alcove space on the front porch. Her workers also stripped old wallpaper from our kitchen and prepped the walls for a new paint job. Her main carpenter (Champ) does outstanding work. In addition to creating our new pantry, he also enlarged the opening to our washer/dryer space. He's honest, was respectful of our property and takes pride in what he does as if it was his own place. Debbie is always reachable and is on top of every stage of progress. Reynolds Home Builders is now at the top of the list when I need a contractor when the task is beyond my skill set!
