"We visited the several stores including Lowes and Home Depot. We likes the low key approach taken by Elle and the time that she spent with us explaining the process. We took several samples home and the following Saturday we visited their warehouse location in Midway to see the actual slabs of granite. The selection was large but the stone that we settled on was already sold. They were able to get us a (sister) sheet that was cut from the same lot as the one that we selected and we loved it. we spent time with stone cutter selecting the parts of the slab that we wanted to make sure he preserved. <br /> <br /> The installers showed up at the exact time that they said they would and the installation went very well. We also had a new 14 gauge steel sink installed and the whole thing took less than four hours. We are very pleased with the final result"

"My wife and I wanted new hard woods in our house but had very specific requirements that we could not typically find locally.  My wife wanted a dark floor while I wanted extreme durability in a natural hard wood.  We did our homework and decided that Brazilian Walnut (Ipe) most closely matched what we wanted.  <br /> After looking locally for something that fit the bill, the flooring we found was either over $12 sq/ft (too expensive) or not dark enough.  I started searching on-line and ran across Brazilian Direct.  Their prices seemed reasonable (a bit over $6 sq/ft for what we wanted) and they even had a tinted (dark) version of the floor we liked. <br /> After several weeks of questions and further research, we decided to place an order.  We we worked with a representative named Sannon who helped us every step of the way.  She sent us samples, instructions, guides - everything to make us more comfortable about our eventual order.  Our order came right on schedule and the wood was really beautiful.  After several weeks of the required acclimation we had a local installer put the floor down.  They did an excellent job and we really love our floor.  There was very little waste and in fact we had at least 3 boxes left over. <br /> I highly recommend Brazilian Direct.  We are considering using them again for a deck project we'd like to do in the future. <br />"

"Michael was very helpful and coordinated everything. I went to the recommended granite provider to selected the stone I wanted and a new sink. A couple days later the granite provider and Michael came to the house to measure the counters. About 10 days later it was delivered and installed. Unfortunately the installation happened on a Friday and because the under mount sink had to set for 18 hours before the plumbing could be connected, I was without water for the weekend. However, the plumber came to the house as scheduled on Monday morning and within an hour everything was connected and working. Michael came to the house on Tuesday to finish installing the trim and braces around the bar. I really appreciate Michael's help with this project. <br />"

"I had been dissatisfied with the job another carpet cleaner did, so I pointed out the problem areas to the tech. He was very professional, polite, and sincere about <strong>not</strong> bad mouthing the other carpet cleaner, but explained why stains may have reappeared. He got the stains out and did a good job with the rest of the carpet. The carpet, which is very old, looked really good after it dried..much better than expected, and it smelled good too. My only complaint is that he didn't place some of the light furniture, eg. coffee table and two chairs on the foam things they usually use. He may have forgotten, and I didn't notice til after he was gone. I will use Capital City Steam Carpet Cleaners again. <br />"
