However, we explicitly said (more than once), let us think about this and we will call you once we have made a decision --please do not call us. He assured us that he would not, however, after the visit, the salesperson persisted in calling us 4 - 5 times; he finally stopped calling. We concluded that if the sales team was not responsive to such a basic request about phone calls, then the company might not be responsive to more important requests about product quality, installation, warranties, etc. We therefore decided not to use the company.  <br />"
