"I had a disaster on my hands when I was standing on my breakfast bar to try to change a recessed light bulb. My foot slipped into the sink. The sink collapsed into the cabinet below and messed up some of the pipes. I got the referral to Phillip's Plumbing from Angi. It was a great experience. Bob who took the call, said Don would be out first thing this morning. Don calmed my nerves from all the nonsense I was hearing from other plumbing companies. Don and Kevin did an awesome job. They were efficient, cleaned up the area, did great work and at a fair price. To top it off Kevin went above and beyond and changed the light bulb?I could not be more pleased❣ I highly recommend Phillip's Plumbing."

"On 5/29/25 Tristin came to my house and gave me a quote on a new shower remodel with a new toilet, and we signed the contract. I thought $12,000 plus was exorbitant, but Tristin assured me that Long Home uses quality materials, excellent craftsmanship, and excellent service. He told me that they will replace all the pipes, and the shower and toilet will have lifetime warranties. So, I agreed and gave him half down and it was scheduled for the 6/27/25 and 6/28/25. Tristian called me on the 6/5/25 and told me that for the shower I choose the half wall that was part of my existing shower would have to be removed, he said otherwise I would have to pay an additional $1,500+, because the shower I agreed to couldn’t be installed otherwise. I told Tristin on 5/29/25 that I did not want the wall removed, but after talking to Tristin on the 5th I relented and said the wall could be removed and ordered another toilet for my other bathroom. The day of the installation came, and one guy came on time and the actual plumber came about 2 hours late around noon. They started working on the demolition and Tristin came around 4pm to move the power socket that was in the wall they removed. He put a rough patch on the wall and installed the outlet without the cover. They removed my cabinet from the wall so they could take down the wall but never replaced it. They worked until 10 pm on Friday. Tristin was supposed to come out on Saturday to finish the patch and put the cover on the outlet. Saturday 6/28/25 the helper arrived at 830 am and the plumber arrived at 1030, at 450 pm the plumber showed me the shower rod they sent with my shower, and it was too short. He told me to call Tristin, I did, and he said OK Tristin never showed up and the two guys finished at 945 pm without putting the cabinet back up. I checked the toilet in the bathroom where the shower was installed, and it kept running after I flushed it, and I put a toilet cleaning tab in the other one and noticed the toilet lid does not fit right. I texted Tristin on Sunday morning telling him about both toilets and he texted me back on that Monday and said he could come at 4pm. I work nights and did not get up until around 5pm and I texted him and told him that I do not usually get up until 6pm during the week when I work and he never messaged me back. I sent Tristin another text on Saturday 7/5/25 telling him to ask him when he could come out and fix the problems I have. I have not heard back as of yet. Long Home charges a premium price and Tristin told me that I would get premium service, he said this is why they charge so much, but the experience I’ve had is anything but premium, I paid $12,000 and I only have one toilet that works correctly even though the lid doesn’t fit properly, I had to buy a shower rod so I could use my shower, since the one I bought from them didn’t fit, which makes no sense because they knew the dimensions of the shower. I had to have a wall removed that I did not really want removed, because they made a mistake when I signed the contract. I have the outlet in my bathroom wired without a cover, my wall is not finished, and my cabinet is still sitting in my bedroom. I do not mind spending the money for something, but I want the product and the service to be worth the price, I paid for professionals, but this is not the problems you are supposed to have with professionals."

"Never ever again! They came 3x, didn’t fix the problem but charged $1800 times “hydro jet” the lines. Didn’t bother to tell us it was a hole caused by quantum fiber install. Then tried to get me to do a $7500 belly bulge repair that wasn’t needed!!"

"Initial visit was not good. Jose was condescending and not understanding the situation. Second visit included the branch manager. While they spent a lot of time, I was quoted $1700+ to “fix” the issue. Turns out Jose misdiagnosed the bathroom venting problem. Said venting never went anywhere and needed to cap it off in the attic. While I am not a plumber, I saw the situation- pipes had come apart from the junctions. No investigation- it was completely apparent. So either incompetent or fraudulent, do NOT use this company."

"Absolutely appalled by the unprofessional manner of this company. We called this company as a second opinion for an issue with our AC. After the first quote we had a general idea of the issue but being naive to this matter we thought it best to get a second opinion. The technician- ISMEAL SAMANO- absolutely tried to take advantage of the fact that only myself was here (female,29) and not my husband. After getting the feeling this was happening - I followed my gut and called my husband to have him speak with the tech directly (all of which was on speaker, I was able to hear everything). This tech spoke of many issues - suggested a whole new AC UNIT, and then casually let my husband know he would be "rinsing off the coil, probably won't do much, but may help for now". At the time of payment, I received a total of $221.30. The original price of the quote was $89. Confused I asked the technician to please explain the additional cost. He seemed lost.. Could only say that "I normally HAVE to charge close to $300 for that rinse service, I dont feel comfortable doing to that you. So I charged you the least I could." - Which was around $130.00 for a rinse... of our water. I made sure to ask if this was proper procedure for their technicians to performs tasks on a unit that cost money to the homeowners, without their knowledge. No reply. Before the technician left, my husband and I made sure to ask what exactly that rinse did, are we able to run the unit now at least? This technician told us yes. Although the technician from days prior from COOL TODAY made sure to tell us to try to leave it off as much as possible due to overheating. Scared of what can happen in that instance I made sure to be clear to ask this technician again that it is safe to keep on. He said yes again, just as the unit shut off and can very audibly hear it attempting to kick back on (causing it to overheat). I pointed this out to him and he attempted to say it was because our thermostat was set to that temperature, that is why it cut off. I immediately went to set it lower to show him that is not the case, that it won't kick back on and stay. But instead, this technician absolutely knew we were skeptical of him and his request for payment and that his "rinse" for $130 did absolutely nothing. He nearly ran out the door. After going through all of this I attempted right away to call customer service to inquire if this is proper procedure for their technicians to do this without homeowner approval. Her response was "No, but it sounds like there may have been things said I don't know about, so wait for 12 hours and well get back to you". Absolutely appalled. I greatly pride myself on my involvement with my community and close-knit relationship with my mom groups online. I am happy I am at least able to spread this awareness so all my other Mama's can avoid being targeted by despicable company. Be safe and aware Mama's, ladies, and everyone without proper knowledge!"

"I just had my kitchen completely remodeled by Next Level, and I am beyond impressed! The whole project took only ten days start to finish, which is incredible considering the quality of the work. The new open-concept design, quartz countertops, and cabinets look amazing, exactly what I wanted and more. Tim and his crew were fantastic. They showed up on time every day, paid close attention to the little details, and left the place spotless when they were done. I was actually out of town for most of the remodel, but Tim kept me in the loop with video calls, so I could see the progress every step of the way. Now that I’m home and seeing it in person, it’s even more beautiful than I imagined. "1, the manager Lais Voltolini was late for the interview to get the job at list 1 1/2 hours, her and crew always late for every job. My husband & I always need it to talk to them about been messy and not been on time. overall, the job was not good. The kitchen cabinet was painted and now is chipping, the shower glass door is a big gap, now we can not take a shower."
