"Kenny was on time, professional, and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my toilet. Completed the repair in under an hour and charged me less than his original online estimate as the job was less involved than originally quoted. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend his services."

"As I requested they provided the cost for drain snaking upfront. A simple procedure that most others would not quote. (They wanted to do a separate "diagnostic" visit and additional fee. The work was fine. The technician very competent and concientious about keeping things clean. The only rub, they wanted $179 to put the toilet back in (way out of line). I think they could have told me. Nevertheless, I drove to home depot for a wax ring and had it done in 10 minutes. Overall, a 4 oout of 5. If they charged a more reasonable rate for reseating the toilet i would have had them do it, and would have rated a 5."

"Beware of this company. Their work was sloppy, they damaged electrical lines in the basement and severed the electrical lines to the garage and lamp post. They were reluctant to fix the damage and had to dig trenches through the yard and refuse to repair them. The yard is destroyed and they are not fixing it."
