"Ildefonso Martinez replied promptly with a very reasonable quote and was able to confirm availability in short order. Showed on time and did a wonderful job replacing our folding attic stairs. Corrected the issue with the previous install where the hinges of the ladder were not flush with each other when fully extended that likely lead to the stairs failing/breaking. He even graciously disposed of the broken stairs and frame. Would absolutely hire him again and highly recommend him for any projects you may have."

"if it is completed. All the doors and windows inside sealed and repaired and caulk some of the areas inside kitchen ,dinning room and living room. Suction the dirt all over and all over the ceiling and bathrooms. also gave me some lighting bulbs for the 2 bathrooms wch is lifetime warranty, isn't it great. Job well done.
