"This company has always been great at communication. We did all the scheduling, etc via email/text. The final price given was $290, and we were sent a credit cars authorization form to fill out ahead of time. Received several reminders of the scheduled appointment, and on the day of, my husband got a call that the techs had some car trouble and would be about 20 minutes late. They did arrive at that expected time. I was at work but my husband said that John and Art were awesome. Art did the upstairs windows outside, and he offered to open the hurricane shutters on the 3 clerestory windows at 25 feet high of our living room, to clean the windows. They finished in the estimated time of 3 hours, and were very careful not to damage anything (I had moved all breakables from in front of the windows the night before). When I got home from work, it was like walking into a new home! The windows are spotless—probably cleaner than the way the builder left them when we moved into this house over 16 years ago!"
