I’ve read in other reviews that there were issues of miscommunication and work done that wasn’t what the owner wanted, but I don’t see how this is possible when you lay out exactly what you want, do your research, and ask questions appropriately as we did. Be clear with your vision, style, materials you like (and DONT like), and it will be a great experience. Again, this should be practiced in all aspects of business, not just construction! "I had a hot water swapped out which stood on a raised platform. Only one service tech came, rather than two for the heavy lifting, and he had trouble taking the old heater off the platform and dropped it. Also, there was confused communication between the technician and the owner regarding the details of the job to be done. Other than that, the value for the money was excellent and both the technician and the owner were vary courteous and professional and I am satisfied with the final outcome."
