"After meeting with many pool companies for estimates, I hired Ronny Snow's Pool Patrol to resurface my pool, upgrade my tile and replace my pool light. The sales associate, Jess, reviewed the options for my project in great detail and guided me through making decisions to aligned to my vision for the project. Once the project started, the resurface team was that took care of draining, prepping, and tiling the water line were amazing. They made sure that I was clear on every step of the process. They were all professional, informative, and left my lanai neat, clean and safe every day. I had one minor delay with the resurface team as some of the team members were out sick the day my surfacing was going to start. The lead came to my house to determine if he could do the work short staffed, and after a conversation, we decided that it was better to wait for the full staff because of the large size of my pool.
