Phone contacts with road crews were the issue: did not alert us of a cancellation on a wet day they were to seal the deck, then showed up on a later date without warning or a doorbell ring when they did decide to do it. I did pay extra to have them do my concrete patio as well. The siding on the house and the concrete patio turned out great."
