"We experience a major leak in our ceiling dining room.  K&R came out an inspected the attic and found a roof air vent that was installed across my entire roof peak had been leaking for years, he explained the necessary steps to fix the issue (replace entire roof and installed solar powered fan to vent the attic). The wood on the roof in the attic was rotting and growing some sort of "organic material". He covered my roof with a tarp. The quote was reasonable given the amt of work that needed to be done. The material arrive in about a week and the next day after the material arrived they started the work. Even though it was cold, they finished the work in one day. They cleaned up all trash from the old roof. I am very happy that my roof is fixed and looks great. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a professional doing their roof repairs or replacement who uses top quality material and workers.

"Earl responded to my call quickly and his estimate was prompt and on point for the amount of work requested. He wasn't the most expensive and he wasn't the least expensive in the area. He was a genial guy and had a good eye for what needed to be done and the amount of time it would take he and his son to complete the job. We ended up replacing all the decking on a back deck because of the amount of rot and the unusually thin original decking, but it was necessary and a great professional recommendation.
The pressure washing looked pristine and the actual removal and replacement of the boards took some time and it took time to find good weather days for the staining but in general it was a speedy process all things  considered. The total finished job was worth it and Earl and his son were pleasant to work with and respectful of our property and time. The only d*** I would give them is on cleanup- a couple pieces of trash left behind but nothing we couldn't dispose of easily.
