"It was a shaky start with some unforeseen obstacles. However, after things settled down Bill got to work and met the deadline that I had originally set. The paint came out great. I needed 2 living rooms and a dining room painted, along with the ceilings in each room. "I was considering buying a house with a roof that clearly needed work, which is a fairly usual situation in flat-roofed Santa Fe. Francis McPartlon of Santa Fe Stucco & Roofing met me for an inspection. Francis took the time to walk the roof with me and to explain clearly the problems he identified. He proposed two options: either taking off and replacing the old roof or repairing and resurfacing with GACO, with the GACO option costing about half of a roof replacement.
