"My whole world crumbled when my bathroom leaked water down my walls and out of my ceiling. I didn't know what to do. I'm a new home owner and have never processed a claim through my insurance. Wes showed up to my house in all the mess. He was there within an hour of the issue happening. Not only did he and his company take care of the damage, they took care of everything with the insurance company. I was out of my home for over three weeks. My animals were displaced and I had to leave my kitties locked in the basement. They went so far above and beyond, they even fed and watered my cats! It was a stressful situation, but they took so much pressure off of me by handling everything! When I was finally able to go back home, not only was the water damage gone, my house was sparkling clean from top to bottom on both floors of my house. My house hasn't been this clean ever! It's like I walked into a brand new home. They updated me everyday. I never had to reach out, because they were in constant communication. I am so blessed this company came in and saved the day. We talked and she said she would get back to me the resolution, she never did. I paid for the old install fully $15k. I later got a call from the production manager demanding a new check for $10,000. They told me that the check I gave them was lost. I checked my bank statement and they had already cashed the check. I would never recommend this company."
