"Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Leonard was the point person for Caliber Construction. He was extremely helpful in working through the issues with our insurance company, who was inclined to not pay for a roof replacement. Leonard was able to identify damage to each section of our roof, document the damage, and articulate the condition to the adjuster. I truly believe without Leonard helping through the process, we would not have gotten a favorable verdict from the insurer.
The tear off and installation went well with no issues. Inspection of the roof both from above and from the attic indicated a quality job with no issues. Leonard was on time, met the budget, and completed a thorough walk-through detailing all of the outstanding items or issues encountered in the installation. It was a Sunday night and had made two or more calls to other providers who did not want to perform services on Sunday. Mr. Payton answered my call and within 45 minutes had arrived. "bad start. they gave a discount for being flexible with when they would get it done last fall. they did not get it done last fall so we just finished the project this spring. bad planning on their part, wife not happy about that. 

the work was high quality. they put new weather stripping on the doors that they painted. the owners were responsive by calling but it did not get things done any sooner

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
