"I have a home with a sump pump and unfortunately my basement flooded after a recent storm due to my pump failing. After getting in contact with Kingsley improvements, they put my situation at the top of their list and had replaced my sump pump almost immediately! They were kind, knowledgeable, and professional, and took my sense of urgency seriously, when other companies wouldnâ t. "This company was fantastic to work with. I met with John who explained all my options. He was very knowledgeable. I appreciated the fact that there were no hard sales tactics. He approached the estimate with the attitude that he was there to resolve my water issue and not just there to make a sale. I had a French drain installed, a vapor barrier, a new sump pump and a dehumidifier piped directly into the sump pump so I don't have to empty it. The work was completed promptly and the area left spotless. If you are in search of a reliable and honest company go with hydroseal!"
