"Some good points: Estimator came on a Saturday on time. Convenient because they bring the samples to you. The installers moved the furniture out and back in place. Negatives: The installers did not arrive until after 2pm on the scheduled day. They could not give a me a precise time and I took the whole day off to wait. Turned out it was the third installation of the day for them. They ended up working until after 8pm which I did not expect. After 2 1/2 half years, I don't think the carpet is holding up very well."
