"They here were vary responsive when I called, and offered to come after hours as they were booked for that day. The leak was very small so I told them no rush. They had put a pressure regulator on about a year prior and it was leaking in the same spot. I had done some major digging in the area, and figured I hit the pipe. Tim was the one who put on the regulator originally, and said her would replace it at know cost, but because I think I may have damaged it, I insisted on paying. We agreed on half of the service call which was way more than fair. Tim was also very friendly to my 2 year old who had just seen a curious George episode about a leaky pipe and asked him about a 100 times what he was doing. I will use them again if needed. I have complete trust in their honesty, feel comfortable with them in our house, and they stand behind their work."

"The repairs went well. He trimmed the trees a bit to get the branches away from the roof and replaced the damaged shingles. Though it hasn't rained yet so I don't know for sure if the leak is fixed. Hopefully I won't have to rely on the 1 year warranty."

"Andrew was friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. He was able to replace all of the broken things that needed replacement without issue. He also discovered and fixed the leak at the service connection point. We have noticed increased water pressure after this repair. He also was able to recommend multiple options to better address the hard water that we deal with, and give us an estimate on the health and remaining lifespan of our water heaters. "The service did not work out very well at all. The individual came out and worked on the water softener for an extremely long period of time, which I didn't have a complaint about, but after he was done, the water softener was leaking internally. You could hear the water running. I called him back and I asked him what his recommendation was, and he asked me whether my water was soft, I said yes, so he said he was done. I wasn't asking him to come and fix it for free, I was asking if it was repairable, because he said he got into it and found out one of the ports was blocked, and he peeled off the calcium and showed it to me, but now it is working. I had one that was not working right, and now I have one that is not working at all. I called to find out if he could fix it, and he said that if the water was soft, he was done. I was not happy with that. I am now trying to find someone who can come and look at it and see if it is fixable or if I have to replace it. It wasn't too long after I purchased the big deal that they came out. They didn't charge us anything extra. I thought the price was about right. He worked extremely hard, other than the possible damage that he did. He responded very well, but he didn't want to follow up on it. I will not use him again in the future."
