"We had Precise Repair and Remodel build an apartment in our basement. It is totally self contained and includes a kitchen, bathroom, laundry area, dining area, living room and bedroom. The work that Scott has done is nothing short of amazing. He has turned part of our basement area into a gorgeous and roomy apartment. His work is skillfully done and just gorgeous. He does what he says he will do and he is truly great at turning nothing into something fabulous. He is trustworthy and has absolutely done what we contracted him to do. "The tile work in ch as aging the tub to walk in shower was excellent. The removal of part of y the kitchen wall was done with minimal inconvenience the installation of new cabinets and installation of new pendant lights as well as additional lighting in the kitchen made a huge difference. "Orlando and his team went above and beyond! During any remodel project there are normally unforeseen things that come up or things that you would like to add on or incorporate into the project. They were quick to adapt and more than happy to accommodate and offer potential solutions or ideas to improve upon what we originally discussed. We began this project 1,000 miles away. We had never met Orlando, but were impressed with our initial conversation over the phone. He was the only one that went out to our home and gave us an estimate. What sold us was he said he was going to treat our project/home just like it was his. He started the project and kept us posted along the way. After 10 long days we were able to finally get to meet Orlando and his team and see our remodeled house for the first time. Needless to say we were impressed! They cleanup up well and completed the project in a timely fashion. We already have plans in the works for Floac's to do some additional work in the very near future."
