"I had my condo's balcony enclosure replaced with screens, double glass windows and doors, venetian blinds and flooring, Andrew Mulichak was the design consultant I worked with. He was terrific. He was thorough in explainig my options, helpful in filling out papers for my orders and for financing, He was fun to work with and I recommend calling him if you want a new sunroom or enclosure. I had some installation glitches but the company was good at fixing the problems. I love my new enclosure and I'm glad I hired Patio Enclosures."

"Overall I was impressed with Southern Home Solutions. After meeting with five window replacement companies, we went with SHS. Their price was competitive and reasonable. They did not use high-pressure sales tactics such as hard sells and "today-only" pricing that seem to be common in the window industry. The quote and details about the windows was more detailed than the quotes I received from competitors. The project manager, David, was helpful and accommodating; he was willing to meet on evenings or weekends, and he answered my questions and any requests for quote adjustments promptly. One thing I didn't like was that they did not inform me before the installation that the replacement windows are insert replacements, meaning that you end up losing 1-1.5 inches of glass on each side due to the extra frame."

"Jeremy at Palmetto Home & Craftsman walked through every step of the process, making sure that we had all the necessary items to make our add on room the type of room we wanted. His staff was very thorough and did the work as if they were working on their own homes. Very often including us on any thoughts they had to make it better. Jeremy has so much experience that he helps you to understand what will be best to make the room what you want. We have been so pleased with our add on room that we asked Jeremy and Palmetto Home & Craftsman to build a free standing Pergola to cover our back patio. Again, he sat down with me and the wife, drew it out and made suggestions that we liked. The different crews involved, concrete, electrical and installers were professional, courteous and respectful of the job and our residence. Jeremy was hands on making sure that all thing - including the little things were taken care of properly. The patio cover is absolutely beautiful and honestly exceeded my expectations."

"Consult for our guest bathroom remodel went great! We were expecting the price to be much higher than what we were prepared to pay, but they were kind and offered lots of discounts which actually brought it down below our budget. He was kind and courteous. Gave us lots of good information and even took a look at our other bathroom to give us a rough estimate on our plans for that one. I also prefer giving my business to local family-owned businesses! Excited to see how this turns out!"

"We wanted a detached garage. We liked Vicars Construction reviews and hired them. Their workers were very professional & easy to work with. They built us a beautiful garage and we are really enjoying it. We would recommend them to anyone planning a building project. If in the future we have other building projects we will certainly call on them."

"I need decking for a 15 year old 16x24 foot deck replaced. Upon removal of the rotten decking it was discovered that many of the supports were also rotten, Eli was able to replace or repair all the cross beams and supports. He replaced all the decking and lattice work. The deck is now structurally more sound than before and saved me a lot of money instead of building a whole new deck. I am more than pleased with Eli and his work ethic and attitude. I highly recommend Eli for any and all of your indoor and outdoor projects."
