"Apple Electric is a large enough company that they have schedulers/dispatchers on staff to facilitate their services to homeowners, as opposed to small operators that get bogged down with jobs that envitably lead to delays and no communcation. Their prices are competitive and I've used their services twice in the last 3 or 4 months and have only praise for them. Their electricians are professional, friendly and courteous, and efficient. They ask questions, and explain their work, as well as offer suggestions to how best accomplish the job. They are careful to follow electrical codes and safety standards. I'll hire them again when needed."

"Mr. Willett (Sylvester) is truly a Master Electrician. I had others by here who left scratching their heads. Sylvester took his time to assess the situation, and devise a plan. I have already discussed other electrical projects for him to complete in the future. I could type a lot of words, but none would say more than, "this is a true professional" who has a "passion" for the electrical craft,...and more importantly, for outstanding customer service. I will hire him in the future for more electrical work."

"I hired this company based on reviews from Angie's list.  My experience was a bit different than the A + rating they had.  The answered my call for a quote and arrived on time.  The communicated in Spanish about everything.  We all walked the house together and I pointed out everything that needed painting.  We had a discussion about the master bath, the last words I heard George senior tell me was "we can fix this".  They quoted me a price of $3400.00 and said if I got everything done at once, he would take $200.00 off.  I didn't get other quotes because I just moved in and time was a factor, so I can't really comment on price.  During the week, they dropped of a large paint sample thing to make may choices from.  They arrived early to start the two-day job, a Friday and a Saturday.  They finished the job on Saturday, as promised.  My master bath was not painted, the wood on the steps was not painted, they removed all the drapery hardware and it was tossed out apparently, they took a blind down in the master bedroom and I had to remind many times for them to fix it, they did with crazy glue.  The walls and ceiling are beautiful but the trim is horrible.  I am still painting over spots that were missed or the paint was wiped off when they cleaned the floors.  There was a quarter sized drop of paint on my maple dining room table.  There was a large spot of white trim paint on the colored wall in the hall, but worst of all I continue to clean small spots and areas where there is white paint on the oak floors. They did do me one favor and lift a TV back up above the fireplace that had been taken down for painting. They did leave all the extra paint in the basement, one bucket not closed and has a paint roller floating in it.  The worst thing was them teasing my dogs and getting them agitated and pushing each other towards them and laughing.  Overall, I don't think I had an "A" experience.  Unfortunately I would not recommend them or use them again.

"High Marks for High Pointe Electrical! I had a very involved job adding a second 150 amp service on to my existing 150 amp service in order to power a high-end swim spa. Several other electricians hemmed and hawed and strung me along dragging their feet never delivering a written estimate but never really turning the job down. Will from High Pointe Electrical alone (out of a series of four electricians I attempted to bring on board) got right down to business and gave me a written estimate that was right in line with the verbal ball-park estimate one of the other electricians had offered up. I hired him. The power company proceeded to make things extremely complicated and difficult due to problems with availability of key employees and things got even trickier when the utility company lineman arrived and found technical problems with the nearest junction serving my property. Will kept his cool and exhibited exemplary professionalism and diplomatically got the power company to deliver the goods and GOT MY JOB DONE IN TIME for spa installation and got a Passing grade on the county inspection on the first try. Amazing!"

"Pros: It went well, and the overall quality is good - they offered alternative solutions other contractor estimates did not (to help lower the cost). They take pride in their work and are willing to go the extra mile for satisfaction, even after work completion. Cons: We put our deposit in and signed a contract a few months before the job, and it wasn't until a week or two before the job we found out the material was discontinued (after we already selected paint color and floor design from separate contractor) We were forced into their schedule, after noting certain restrictions we had with working midnight shift. (for items like inspections and lingering things after the "scheduled" work was complete)."
