"We love New Look Cabinets! To make a long story short, they “saved” us. We hired a contractor (Artisan Woodwork Group) to reface our kitchen cabinets in our new home and it was a disaster. Not only did they waste over a month of our time and money, they ruined the cabinets. I was due with our second baby in less than two weeks; possibly even less than that with the stress I was under. I desperately searched for a company that could fix our cabinets but most of them would not fix another contractor’s mistakes or we would have to wait quite a while before they could start. I came across New Look Cabinets and told Marva about our situation and she was very sympathetic. She asked me to send her some pictures, I visited their showroom, the next day she and Mr. Jim came to the house to take measurements and further discuss some options. Within couple of days of contacting them they were able to start. They genuinely wanted us to have a product that we were happy with in the end; and that we are! The price, communication and transparency excelled our expectations. Douglas and David were the guys that did most of the work for us and they were beyond professionals. We were comfortable with them in our home whether we were there or not. It was so nice to come home from the hospital to a kitchen that was almost complete. Since we got new counters it took a little longer because they had to be ordered. The quality of work is excellent and so are the people providing it.
