He had several different teams which were specialist in every aspect of removal of the old siding, repairing our back deck and deck stairs. After refinance the Make A Choice Home Exterior, LLC team removed our old siding and installed the new Hardie Plank Siding , install new outside lights, reframed out windows and painted the new siding. "We started out rough - the flooring guy they sent didn't know what he was doing by the end of the 2nd day, the floor was a total mess. I sent the Installation Manager an email who as soon as he saw the message the called of the first installer and sent in a Super Star the next day. As soon as the new installer looked of the 2 days worth of flooring he called the Manager and report it all had to be torn up and replaced. And that's exactly what they did - COMPLETELY! Also, the flooring that was being put down looked nice in the sample but on the floor it was too dark. I called the Manager and asked since it all had to be taken up could we select a different color - NO PROBLEM! Done and it all looks great. My only question is how did a non qualified tech get sent to do the job in the first place???"
