"SAME DAY SERVICE AND REPAIR!!! The scheduled me for next day (July 4th, wow), but said they had a guy in the area and if he had time, he could at least look at my dryer. ".Epie's had to coordinate with the power company to disconnect the power line from the pole to the house.  Epie's began work <br /> on the other section of the house around 10:30. At 11:00 the power company arrived and  turned off the power. All of the old boards were removed while the new boards were being painted. (paint was supplied by the owner). After the paint dried the new boards were attached.  The work was completed around 4:00.  The area was completely cleaned and the power company was again notified to reattached the power line to the house.  The power company came around 6:15 and reattached the cable. <br />  Epie's did a fantastic job! <br />"

"Ken, the owner of Douglasville Heating and Air arrived right on time.  As I requested, his office called me prior to arrival so I could isolate our pets.  One of the feet had become detached and the machine was unusable.  He quickly reattached the foot and leveled the machine within 15 minutes.  Machine is working fine now. <br /> I picked Douglasville Heating and Air from the listing of Large Appliance Repair companies.  Factors in my decision were the favorable comments from reviews in Angie's List, the coupon for 1/2 price service call, and the fact that it was a local company.  During the repair Ken and I chatted and I told him about an issue with our refrigerator controls that another company had been unable to fix.  The other company advised that the part was out of stock.  Ken took down the model number of the refrigerator and within an hour had found the part and it is now scheduled for repair once the part arrives. <br /> I can't say enough good things about the service and professionalism from Ken.  I will be calling him for any repairs in the future. <br />"

"Paul Ramey is very friendly and honest. He took his time to fix the problem and kept me informed of what exaclty was wrong what he will be doing to fix it. It was very late and he seem to have no problem with taking his time fixing and cleaning up behind himself. He also took the time to remove a balloon that had wrapped around my ceiling fan! LOL. I am in the midst of shopping around for quotes for house fixtures/jobs and he does some of the things I am looking to get done So I will definately use his services again because he seems honest and knows what he is doing. <br />"
