"Ken, the owner of Douglasville Heating and Air arrived right on time.  As I requested, his office called me prior to arrival so I could isolate our pets.  One of the feet had become detached and the machine was unusable.  He quickly reattached the foot and leveled the machine within 15 minutes.  Machine is working fine now. <br /> I picked Douglasville Heating and Air from the listing of Large Appliance Repair companies.  Factors in my decision were the favorable comments from reviews in Angie's List, the coupon for 1/2 price service call, and the fact that it was a local company.  During the repair Ken and I chatted and I told him about an issue with our refrigerator controls that another company had been unable to fix.  The other company advised that the part was out of stock.  Ken took down the model number of the refrigerator and within an hour had found the part and it is now scheduled for repair once the part arrives. <br /> I can't say enough good things about the service and professionalism from Ken.  I will be calling him for any repairs in the future. <br />"

Daniel arrived at the expected time to give an estimate on the installation of a water heater. I did not have to wait around all day waiting for the technician to arrive. He was personable, professional and friendly. He was able to answer all of my questions and make recommendations. Upon my approval to purchase and have the water heater installed, it was not an all-day process. Daniel had to leave to go and retrieve the agreed upon water heater and when he returned with the water heater and other parts needed for the installation, Daniel was able to install the water heater in a very short time. Price was a bit on the high side for the industry, but compared to the other estimates or recommendations received, I feel the decision to use ALLGOOD PLUMBING was the best decision.
