"I had purchased a Big Deal $77 for Sewer Rodding/Drain Cleaning with FREE Sewer Televising & More.  They came out and were unable to get the cap off to access the sewer lines so they weren't able to perform this service.  They were very nice and this wasn't there fault by no means and would absolutely come out and cut into the lines he said and make a new access opening but I can't take any more time of from work for a while so I told them thanks and maybe we can try again some other time."
