"Extremely well. The owner and his employees were considerate and always concerned with our property and that of our neighbor. In a relatively small space  their creative ideas and use of colors and patterns turned an eyesore into a place we can enjoy and share with family and friends. The project was completed in four days and a pool that was in close proximity was as pristine as the day the project started. The work is hard and tedious and we greatly appreciate their patience in answering our questions and keeping us informed on their progress, and what was coming next. Good folks, fun to be around. "Great. Upon trimming the bushes, a rock went through a sunroom glass door, which required replacement by Blair windows and reapplication of the solar film by Distinctive Glass (Bryan Shoush). Matt Harden immediately took care of scheduling the repairs and promptly paying the vendors without any haggling/hassling. Peggy, the owner, has been a real professional to deal with. They will not be mowing after this season, so we'll need that service supplied by another vendor."

• Removed approximately 100 linear feet of sod in various widths
• Dug down approximately 8" the entire length
• Went to the quarry and hand selected the size and shape of individual, natural brownstones that would be the steps
• Marked the placement of the stones for ease of walking
• Laid each stone to conform to the flow of the path
• Filled the area around the brownstones with natural looking, smooth gravel.

  The end result was a very natural looking path that flowed between the two homes and blends into the existing landscape.  It looks like it has always been there.
We are extremely satisfied. In addition to the quality of the work of this company, another reason we selected them is that the owner is always on the job and he runs background checks on all employees.  He also will not hire someone that is  in our country illegally.
We have since contracted with My Personal Gardener for our landscape maintenance.

"Excellent service.  Good communication prior to service and Tim called ahead to let me know when he would arrive.  Tim was very knowledgeable regarding the various plants, shrubs/bushes and trees in our landscaping.  He provided recommendations and was very flexible to meet our requests.  He and his employee worked diligently and did an excellent job.  Would recommend this company for future services."

The guys stopped by after doing work in my neighborhood to see if I needed tree services.  They gave an estimate that I thought was fair and I scheduled services for the next week.  I asked for their insurance certificate because they would be working over my house and they provided it by email right away.  I was having 3 very tall, dead ash trees removed, along with long dead branches over my house.  They had to climb up in the trees to get them down. 

The crew showed up exactly on time and started setting up to do the work.  They were very polite and efficient.  They asked a ladder to access a portion of the roof, but had all of the other equipment they needed, including leaf blowers and rakes to clean up each area where they worked.  They covered my skylights on the roof and got to work.  The guys appeared to be safe and worked well as a team.  They were respectful of my landscaping and listened to what was important to me to protect from falling branches, making sure to stay away from small trees and gardens. 

When the work was done, they cleaned up their mess and took away all of the branches and wood. I did not ask to have the stumps ground up and that was not included, but they left the base cut neat and even at the ground. 

All said and done, it was great work.

"Brandon was punctual for the estimate.  He arrived on time and delivered the final design before what he said he would.  The day of installation they arrive on time and began working.  They removed sod and installed new trees and plants.  The area was clean when finished.  I would highly recommend Brandon and Elegance Outdoor.  His crew works hard and did such a good job.  I couldn't be happier.
