"The end result was not a Retaining Wall, as this implies. I hired KCS to install 4 Wing Walls with Headwalls. They did a great job, as the pictures will reflect. If you’re wondering why I have Four Stars instead of Five, it’s only because there’s always room for improvement. In this case, the improvement should focus on Front Office Communication. The crew was scheduled to start on a Monday. So I took the day off to be here. Mid-morning on that Monday, they still had not shown. I had to call the office to find out that they would be here on Tuesday because a previous job took longer than expected. I’m OK with that, EXCEPT I had to lose a vacation day because the office did not call me. I had to call them. AGAIN, the Team did a fantastic job and I FULLY RECOMMEND THEM. However, the office could get better and be more proactive at communicating schedule changes."

"Braxton came as scheduled to level up the various slabs of concrete in our driveway. He was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. We are pleased with the work he did and the level of service he provided! The weather did not allow him to finish the job to his satisfaction. So, he returned a few weeks later when the weather was forecast to be dry for the day to seal the cracks and cover them with sand. Not only was the end result aesthetically-pleasing, it is sealed now to protect from any water getting underneath the concrete slabs in the future. He and Landon were professional, thorough and efficient. Highly recommend!"

"Diego and Eber from Nprados Concrete LLC did an amazing job creating me a front porch. They are 2 of the hardest working men that you'll ever meet. It was a small job but made harder by the rocks and dirt they had to get rid of, and they did it with shovels. The cost was very reasonable and most of the work was completed in 2 very hot days. I have one minor problem with the retaining wall but they will be coming back to correct it. As of right now, I'm still very happy with the results. I'm giving them an A+ review. Give these hard working, efficient, well mannered guys a call for your next project, you'll be happy you did."

They installed a 20' drain system, installed 5 iron I-beams, repaired and replaced the brick on half of the Michigan wall, regarded the back side corner of the house to allow better drainage away from basement, replaced back sidewalk to angle water away from basement. We are very pleased.

Several other companies either did not return my call or told me that they would no t help me unless I had a signed purchase contract. Basement Wizard employees were on time and very friendly. Since these employees were not involved in the original inspection and job estimate I showed them the two areas that needed to be repaired and described the problem.  I also pointed out how important it would be to control the dust which I knew would be created during the repair.  I was assured that the area would be enclosed and air cleaners would be used to control the dust.  Upon completion of the repair I was shocked to find that my entire basement was filled with a dust cloud.  Everything in the basement was covered in a layer of fine powder.  I contacted the original estimator (employee) who offered to have the crew return and clean my basement.  I told him that I had no confidence that they would perform an adequate job and I would perform the cleanup myself.  A couple of weeks later after a heavy rain event one of the "repaired" cracks leaked just as it did before the repair.  A second crew (which included a foreman) was dispatched to preform a second repair attempt.  The second crew did a much more professional job and their repair appears to have stopped the leak so far.  My disappointment with Basement Wizard is not with the fact that it took two attempts to complete the repair.  My issue is that I was assured by the original estimator and the repair crew that they would control the dirt and dust during the repair process.  They failed in this promise and I spend many hours cleaning up after them.

"Daniels and Daniels painted my whole house and pressured washed the outside, as well as installed 3 replacement windows. The work is phenomenal and they were so nice and professional.
