The entire process was incredibly smooth, Steve was very detailed in explaining step by step what was happening, he constantly and consistently checked-in to ensure all work passed his quality check. I was impressed by the install, from the scrub down and sanitizing they gave the basement, to the quality of their materials, the additional drain by the door they provided at no extra charge, and last but not least a draining area for the dehumidifier which saves me the twice daily trip down to the basement. I looked at a few waterproofing companies, and am glad I choose Blue Umbrella Waterproofing. They were reliable, efficient, had high-quality standard, and lastly upfront and honest. I would recommend them for any waterproofing needs."

"I highly recommend National Pro Waterproofing for all of your basement waterproofing needs. I had a complex job that included over 200 feet of an internal french drain system, several sump pumps, several window drains, several foundation wall repairs, a couple of floor drains, and a discharge line with a pop up drain emitter that was dug as a trench by existing landscaping outside to move water away from the foundation. Such a job can be overwhelming especially with active moisture infiltration, but National Pro Waterproofing made it seamless from start to finish and completed the job in just 2 days, which was very impressive.
