They handled every detail—from securing all the permits and maintaining constant communication to coordinating the complex electrical work and integrated lighting. The craftsmanship on the gable roof is the real showstopper, and the TimberTech deck feels high-end and solid. The sunken hot tub and privacy wall create the exact secluded, spa-like retreat we were looking for. Like any major project, a few challenges popped up along the way, but Aaron and Shannen were on top of it—as problems arose, they were resolved quickly and professionally. "Bad Experience. Bait and Switched us. Told us the no more than cost of our removal verbally and then said he needed $4k to do the design with us and get final firm contract after that. I told him I was skeptical giving him $4k and then have him come back with contract stating it would cost a big percent more. He assured me “he is not that kind of guy”. Then after the design and a smaller scope he wanted to charge us 30% more. Took our money and we now have to start over with a new contractor."

Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy!
