"Very professional installers that performed task of walk-in shower downstairs and new tub/shower upstairs. The job took two days and was started on the estimated 12th week after sale. Seem to be very high quality units and a very good warranty. Friends and family have told me I paid way too much for the total package but I hope I can recoup the expense if I ever sell the house."

"Excellent product, excellent service . The crew was on time, did an awesome job, cleaned up. Everyone is very friendly. Briley Frazier informed me of all aspects of the project. It went exactly as he said it would. I am very pleased. All of the installers, Charles Savage / Brandon Williams, were efficient, courteous, and professional. They did a shower and a bathtub replacement, both turned out great!"

"Replaced trap and added a vent to Kitchen sink drain replaced and added a vent. Replaced 2 faucets in bathroom. Replaced drain and cleared drain for slow drain shower. He visited to evaluate promptly when I called. Showed up when he said he would. Stayed within the budget we agreed to. I would recommend Jim."

"Mad City was personable and professional with all that needed to be done at my home. Patio door replacement, bedroom window replacement, and shower stall installation. They even hired a subcontractor to repair a hole in the ceiling that was caused by a leaky bathtub. My highest complements!"

"Great service. Joe took time to measure, repair and ordered new glass panes . Excellent install."

"Clean, friendly and knowledgeable installers. They had everything needed for the install and made sure to clean up after the work was done. Would certainly recommend them again!"

"The granite was beautiful and for the most part the installation was done well, but the service fell down in a few ways. We had hired them before to remodel two bathrooms and that went well. This time around though, we were disappointed. First, the counter for the half bath was cut wrong: the hole for installing the sink was off center, by a lot -- 6 inches or more. Since there was no surplus of that piece of granite, we had to go with another which was not quite the same. Then for installing the bar sink in the kitchen, the worker did not ask me before cutting in the hole for the faucet, and even when I was standing right there, he was on a phone call as he worked and would not talk to me. He cut the hole too close to the small sink; we may have to replace the faucet with a smaller one. Third, we wanted a white sink in the bath. The rep in the store kept trying to sell us one which was off-white. We were told that was the only "white" one of that size. We had a plumber ready to install the sinks. I went home, went online, and bought an actually white Kohler sink of the right size which I got delivered the next day, free express shipping. About the same cost as at Knoxville Stone Interiors. The company reps were amazed as my success. I was surprised that they wouldn't have known how to do what I did."
