I was contacted immediately by Paul who made an appointment for the same week.   Paul showed up exactly on time and walked me through his recommendations on several areas that needed repair and replacement.    Paul followed up immediately with proposals via email and sent all of insurance,   workers compensation,  BBB and AZ licensing without asking for it to be provided.
We had several teams come the house,    Rick and Nathan were the job supervisors who were professional and approachable.    Each visit was met first with a phone call and then a knock on the door for that days work to be completed.
The work areas were all cleaned daily and the final roofing product looks great.      Trades Unlimited has already sent written Warranties for both jobs.
We dealt with other roofing companies who made a lot of promises with not much follow up or delivery.
We will use this company again and recommend to anyone.
