"Water Leak & Millions of Mold Spores. After having Starfix complete a repair we have experienced property damage, loss of use of part of our home, out-of-pocket inspection costs, laundromat expenses, and no meaningful resolution in sight. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering Starfix to ask very detailed questions about how repair-related damage claims are handled, their licensing status, and what happens if something goes wrong after their work is completed. We hired Starfix to replace our washer water pump on February 16th. Upon the first use of the washer after that repair, a severe water leak occurred that spread through our laundry room, garage, hallway, and bathroom walls. When Armen came out to inspect the leak, he did not identify himself as the owner. When I had initially reached out on Yelp his response stated they are licensed yet as of recent searches I have been unable to find Armen or Starfix on Arizona's ROC site. "
